Ordering
The discount code can be entered at the checkout step, on the right side of the checkout page in the designated field. Type the discount code and press the Apply button, and the discount will be applied to the payment total of the order.
Please note that we accept only one discount per order. As well, discount codes cannot be used on already discounted product prices. If you have more than 2 products, from which one product has a standard price and another product is on Sale (discounted price), the discount will be applied only to the standard price product.
Once our warehouse processes your payment, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order. You may also set up an account on our site that will allow you to monitor your order status.
Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t reached the fulfillment stage, it’s possible we may still be able to change or cancel it.
We are unable to add discount codes or promotions to orders once payment has been processed and the order has been confirmed in our system. Discount codes are only eligible during their promotion period and cannot be extended before or after.
Payment
We can only accept one method of payment per order at this time.
Please make sure to input the correct card payment details because they should match with your bank account details. Another reason might be having insufficient funds in your bank account. Please check if you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the payment. If both cases are met and the payment still wasn’t accepted please contact your bank if your card meets the online payment requirements.
Buy now Pay Later works through our partner tabby.ai. Just choose at checkout this option and follow tabby.ai steps to place the order.
You don't need to pay anything at checkout and there are no additional fees. Simply receive your order and pay it on the tabby.ai account within 14 days from the moment you placed the order. You will be notified by tabby.ai before the payment is due.
The maximum order amount with this payment method is AED 1,000.
Payment in Installments works through our partner tabby.ai. Just choose at checkout this option and follow tabby.ai steps to place the order.
You can choose to pay in 4 or 6 installments where 1st payment will be paid initially.
This payment method is available with an order amount of up to AED 3,000.
Shipping
We work to fulfill our orders as promptly as possible. Our warehouse begins processing your order the same day if you place the order during weekdays (Monday-Friday) before 3pm or next day if you place the order after 3pm. If the order is placed after 3pm on Friday or during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the order is processed on Monday.
UAE delivery will take 1-2 business days.
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain & Qatar standard delivery will take 10-12 business days.
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain & Qatar express delivery will take 2-3 business days.
Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Contact us at info@bhalfmoon.ae if you do not receive your order tracking number, and we will look into the situation.
We currently deliver to the following GCC countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain & Qatar.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Al Quoz Industrial Area 1, Dubai, UAE.
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery country.
We offer express shipping to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain & Qatar.You can choose the express shipping option during checkout for extra charge.
Returns & Exchanges
We value our customers and we understand that sometimes a product may not fit the expected needs that’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. You will receive a full refund once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (unused and unopened in original packaging with all components and accessories included). For return instructions, please see the “How do I return an Item” section, or the Return policy page or you can contact our Customer Service at info@bhalfmoon.ae.
Please note that in case of a return, the shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
We ask all customers to check your original orders and compare your product against the website when you receive it. If you believe you received the wrong item, or your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 calendar days so we can work with you to correct the issue.
Once we receive your email requesting the return, we will email you instructions about how to pack and ship your item. Once we have received the package, we will process your refund within 7 business days and send you a notification to the email address you provided with your transaction. Expect the refund to be reflected on your credit card or bank account account up to 45 days after that point.

b, mats
Our traditional b, mat is made of 100% rubber with natural and synthetic components. The natural rubber used in our mats is inherently grippy and antimicrobial, making it perfect for a sweaty practice. The small amount of synthetic rubber is used to increase the durability and longevity of the mat.
The lifespan of your b, mat depends on how often you practice, your style of practice, and how you care for and store your mat. When cared for and stored properly, our mats are designed to support your practice for 2+ years. When your b, mat is not in use, it should be stored indoors, away from direct sunlight. Direct sun exposure to your b, mat can cause UV damage and deterioration. Your b, mat can be used outdoors, however, it should never be left in direct sunlight for an extended period. When rolling your b, mat for storage, please roll it with the logo facing outward, as this will prevent creasing or peeling in your b, mat. We also recommend using your b, mat with clean hands and feet, as oils (e.g. from moisturizers and hand sanitizers) and dirt can affect the mat surface.
We pride ourselves in not using harsh chemicals, finishes, or sealants on our mats. Any smell omitted from our mats is a result of the natural rubber used in the composition of the mat. This mild scent is most apparent first out of the packaging but will dissipate with time and increased air exposure.
When your b, mat is not in use, it should be stored indoors, away from direct sunlight. Direct sun exposure to your b, mat can cause UV damage and dehydration. Your b, mat can be used outdoors, however, it should never be left in direct sunlight for an extended period. When rolling your b, mat for storage, please roll it with the logo facing the outward, as this will prevent creasing or peeling in your b, mat.
It is best to avoid prolonged periods of direct sunlight, as sunlight can oxidize the rubber material of the b, mat, therefore, compromising its grip and colour. This can occur directly if left outside in the sun or indirectly through car/home/studio windows. If you have left your mat in direct sunlight we recommend wiping it down with a damp cloth of water to bring some hydration back into its surface.
For best results, we recommend the b, mat cleanser. Alternatively, gently wipe down with water and mild detergent and rinse. Wipe dry, lay flat and allow to air dry out of direct sunlight with the coloured side facing up. We suggest avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasives as this can compromise the integrity of the mat surface. Allow the mat to dry completely before use. Be sure to roll the mat with the b, mat logo facing out.
Dust is normal when you first start using your new mat. The surface texture of our mats attracts dust at first because of the grippy natural rubber. The dust attraction will dissipate after you’ve used your mat for a few weeks – all the more reason to get your movement on!
It is completely normal to see some slight variance in the colour of the mat, and it may result from the mat drying out after being fully saturated with water. We suggest allowing the mat to dry fully, out of direct sunlight, before rolling up.
