The high-quality, manually constructed interior batting and removable, washable, 100% cotton cover have an easy-to-carry handle and were constructed with care just outside Vancouver, Canada. We take pride in the design techniques used in developing our bolsters and have felt this way for the last 35 years. As you find movement, slide it under the sacrum for a supported bridge, run it vertically along the spine for a chest and shoulder opener, or position it horizontally for a supported upper backbend.
