We currently deliver within the following GCC countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
All orders are shipped from the United Arab Emirates.
- Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 3 pm during working days (Monday through Friday) will be processed the next day. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday will be processed on Mondays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
UAE delivery time - All orders are shipped from Dubai and delivered the Next day if the order is placed before 3 pm or 2nd day if the order is placed after 3 pm.
GCC delivery time - All orders are shipped from Dubai and delivered within 3-7 days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped . The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
MindfulCollective-me.com is not liable for any damaged or lost products during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
